IMPORT AND EXPORT SITUATIONS THROUGH BORDER GATES DURING THE CHINESE HOLIDAY

From 29th September to 6th October is a long holiday in China, National Day and Mid-Autumn Festival. However, import and export activities through No.II Kim Thanh international border gate (Lao Cai) - Hekou (China) is still maintained by both sides.

During the holiday, import and export activities through this border gate have decreased slightly but still have had positive results, with the amount of goods cleared reaching an average of 250 to 280 vehicles/day. In which, the average export volume is 60 to 80 vehicles/day.

Because the Vietnamese side is still operating normally, the Lao Cai International Border Gate Customs Branch has arranged enough forces according to regulations to ensure smooth customs clearance of goods for the businesses.

Meanwhile, Huu Nghi Quan, Po Chai, Ai Diem border gates (China) opposite Huu Nghi, Tan Thanh, Chi Ma border gates (Lang Son) carry out normal customs clearance. In addition, Lung Nghiu and Keo Ai border gates (China) opposite Coc Nam and Na Hinh border gates (Vietnam) will be closed for the holiday.
