ISSUING ELECTRONIC FORMS WITH 11 TYPES OF CERTIFICATE ORIGIN (EFFECTIVE FROM 1ST JANUARY 2024)

Starting from 1st January 2024, the Ministry of Industry and Trade (MOIT) will apply electronic C/O forms for 11 forms such as E, AI, AJ, AANZ, AHK, RCEP, S, VC, VJ, VN-CU and CPTPP. Excepting C/O forms such as EUR.1 (EVFTA), EUR.1-UK (UKVFTA), EAV and some specific cases with forms E, AI granted for exporting to Thailand. Because the C/O will be issued as electronic forms, businesses may not have to submit a hard copy. But in case of necessity, businesses will print the C/O according to the instructions of the MOIT.
